"This is a good achievement by all measures for Egyptian tourism (in spite of) the financial crisis and the spread of swine flu," Garana said.Around 12.5 million tourists visited the country in 2009, including more than two million from Russia. Egypt aims to attract 14 million tourists and bring in revenues of 11.5 billion dollars in 2010, Garana said.
